AMU visits with families battling cancer to support them with basic needs, financial assistance, emotional support, advocacy, referrals, and most importantly to bring HOPE in the midst of darkness, that will support the entire immediate family.In collaboration with community members and/or leaders, we provide special items for the families to help with empowering them to move forward through a time of loss.
You can empower, inspire, bring hope, and support to the community of 13 million widows in the United States and approximately 800,000 widowed annually (most under the age of 55).
